                     Anuradhapura  


Anuradhapura is a sacred city that is highly respected and loved by the Sri Lankan people as well as peoples of the world . its historical value is not insignificant.  this is also known as the kingdom where the largest number of kings reigned in the past. among the kings who reigned in this way, Dewanampiyathissa , Kawanthissa, Dutugamunu , walagamba etc. can be mentioned as the kings who did great work. 


Any pilgrim going to Anuradhapura will not forget to visit Ruwanwalisaya . its special feature is that it is a holy lands where the feet of the four Buddhas, Kakusad, Konagamana, Kashyapa and  gautama came down to earth. Tens of thousands of people come to visit this shrine where the relics of Gautama Buddha are kept.


The Jaya sri Maha Bodhi  which has been planted in Anuradhapura is also a gift from india to this country. on the day of king Devanampiyathissa , that king visited the country. 


The kings Anuradhapura have built many dams. Therefore , Anuradhapura kingdom is also Known as the Lake Bound kingdom.  The thissa lake is a creation made with the patronage of king Dewanampiyathissa. its speciality is Ruwanwalisaya , Abhyagiriya and  Mirisawatiya are visible in that area. 

Anuradhapura 's sacred places, lakes, ponds, statues and ruins , etc. cannot be said to be this much.

  MU/21/104                             M y 😊   P l e a s u r e  people do different things for their happiness in life because people are satisfied in different ways. so I also like  enjoy life in different ways. one of them is spending time with my family.  Mu/21/104 Travel to NuwaraEliya   🌱 🌻 💥Nuwaraeliya can be described as a city located in the mountains belonging to the central province of Sri Lanka. 💥A Picnic in Nuwaraeliya region was used because of its natural beauty🌲🌼 and cold climate😬😛👀 💥We used the Festive season of December for that. Mu/21/104             A  W  R  U  D  U  Sinhala Hindu new year can be know as a cultural festival celebrated by Sri Lankan Sinhalese and Hindu peoples. The Sinhala Hindu New year, which is celebrated happily by everyone forgetting old heartaches , is made even mare exciting by the rituals and New year games. so we also finished the new year rituals and organised a small new year games event at home. we also joined some neighbours around the houses.   we organised many different new year games. and one of them was kanamutti Gasima  . That game was a great entertainment and pleasure. since they play the game with their eyes closed, they do not get the ability to brake the pot easily  After that we held the Goni Res.
