     My   Home  Made                      Recipes 


Cooking is an art. it is not easy everyone . I also love experimenting with recipes. For that , I am trying recipes with the help of my family as well as the knowledge I get from  the YouTube channel. Masmelos  is one such tried recipe. 


Ingredients

Gelatin  130 g

sugar    350 g

colouring

corn Flour



 First , dissolve the gelatin and keep it Aside. after that, dissolve the sugar well and boil it until it become soft, add gelatin and dissolve it well again. keep the mixture for two to three minutes until it is slightly hot and beat well with a beater. After reaching the desired consistency. add the colouring and put it in the prepared tray and after an hour and a half , cut the pieces and taste them😋

Another favourite recipe I have tried this way is the Chocolate cake recipe. 
ingredients 

Bread flour
Cocoa powder
Baking powder
sugar
eggs
Icing sugar
Margarine




First add the breadcrumbs and cocoa powder to the baking powder and mix well. then beat the butter well and add the eggs to it and mix well again. After that , mix the sifted flour in to the mixture well and out it in the prepared tray and bake the cake in the oven. Then add butter and icing sugar and mix well and cover the cake with the icing that has been made in the middle of the cake. you can decorate the cake as you like and enjoy 😋

 Mu/21/104 Travel to NuwaraEliya   🌱 🌻 💥Nuwaraeliya can be described as a city located in the mountains belonging to the central province of Sri Lanka. 💥A Picnic in Nuwaraeliya region was used because of its natural beauty🌲🌼 and cold climate😬😛👀 💥We used the Festive season of December for that. Mu/21/104             A  W  R  U  D  U  Sinhala Hindu new year can be know as a cultural festival celebrated by Sri Lankan Sinhalese and Hindu peoples. The Sinhala Hindu New year, which is celebrated happily by everyone forgetting old heartaches , is made even mare exciting by the rituals and New year games. so we also finished the new year rituals and organised a small new year games event at home. we also joined some neighbours around the houses.   we organised many different new year games. and one of them was kanamutti Gasima  . That game was a great entertainment and pleasure. since they play the game with their eyes closed, they do not get the ability to brake the pot easily  After that we held the Goni Res.
