Sinhala Hindu new year can be know as a cultural festival celebrated by Sri Lankan Sinhalese and Hindu peoples. The Sinhala Hindu New year, which is celebrated happily by everyone forgetting old heartaches , is made even mare exciting by the rituals and New year games.

so we also finished the new year rituals and organised a small new year games event at home. we also joined some neighbours around the houses. 

 we organised many different new year games. and one of them was kanamutti Gasima . That game was a great entertainment and pleasure. since they play the game with their eyes closed, they do not get the ability to brake the pot easily 

After that we held the Goni Res. I , my sister , brother and father participated in that competition. it was not easy to win the competition with the group. 😂😂😂 

Next we participated in the toffee pulling competition. we all tried to collect the most toffees, but we did not win the competition, but we got a chance to eat toffees.😋

Another fun game is the balloon bursting game. we tired to burst the balloon quickly with laughter. 😂😂 that game is so much fun 

Apart from this , we had a lot of fun doing many fun games like balloon dance, musical hat competition, musical chair competition, putting eyes on the elephant etc.
